Response expectations
Written enquiries sent by email are normally acknowledged within two business days, and an indicative valuation follows as quickly as the parts allow. Privacy requests are handled within the timeframes described in our Privacy Policy. Enquiries received over a weekend or a public holiday are picked up on the next business day.
Telephone enquiries are answered during United States business hours. Email is usually the quicker route for readers outside those hours, and lets you attach photographs.
